Data we process

Identity and contact: name, title, email, phone, company details
Security: session records, IP address, audit logs
Financial: invoice and payment references, IBAN (organizer commission payouts)
Project content: uploaded files, messages, contract records

Purposes

Account management and identity verification, project call and bid workflows, digital contracts and invoicing, payment tracking, customer support, and compliance with legal obligations.

Transfers

We may share data with service providers (email, payment infrastructure, hosting) only to the extent required to deliver the service. Cross-border transfers are limited to explicit consent or appropriate safeguards under applicable law.
