By using ExpoBasic, you agree to these terms. ExpoBasic is a B2B software platform connecting trade fair participants, stand production workshops, and organizers for project calls, bids, contracts, and production workflows.

1. Accounts and verification

You are responsible for accurate registration information. Some actions may be restricted until email verification is complete. The platform may suspend accounts in case of suspected abuse or anti-bypass violations.

2. Project calls and bids

Participants publish project calls; workshops submit blind or multi-stage bids. Accepted bids become digital contracts. Parties are responsible for circumventing the platform; anti-bypass policies may apply. Signed contracts may define penalties for transferring work outside the workshop after design or production approval.

3. Payments

Project payments are milestone-based. Bank transfer with proof upload or Stripe card payment may be used. Platform commission is 5% of the gross project amount. Workshop membership and additional application credits are billed separately.

4. Intellectual property and files

Rights to uploaded design, plan, and production files are governed by the contract between parties. The platform is authorized to host and process files to deliver the service.

5. Limitation of liability

ExpoBasic is an intermediary software provider. Parties remain primarily responsible for project quality, delivery, and payment obligations. The dispute module and legal evidence package are provided for support purposes.
